With the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19 in the US, we would like to take this opportunity to outline the steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our customers, the members of our companies and their families, our business partners, and the communities we serve. We are preparing to navigate the challenging circumstances that this virus has presented with everyone’s safety in mind.
Effective Immediately we are implementing the following steps in all of our dealership operations:
1. Our team members are prohibited from reporting to work if they are sick.
2. We have suspended all work-related travel and reduced or eliminated face to face meetings with vendors at the dealership locations.
3. All employees will restrain from handshakes and physical contact with our guests and each other.
4. Encourage social distancing where possible in our dealerships.
5. We will be disinfecting work stations regularly during the day after customer interactions.
6. Increased sanitation efforts with the daily cleaning by our janitorial staff being instructed to increase their focus on disinfecting high touch surfaces and areas in our dealerships.
7. Our loaner vehicles will be cleaned and sanitized before given to our service customers.
8. We are using steering wheel covers on customer vehicles while they are in our possession for service work.

10. Continual monitoring and active review of the instructions being provided by the state and federal government with special attention to those from the Center for Disease Control.
11. If you have any special needs, please alert a staff member and they will help you upon arrival at the dealership or online.

For your convenience, you can shop online with Chat being available 24 hours a day. We are offering a free delivery service for all vehicles purchased in-store or online up to 250 miles from the selling dealer’s location. We also have walkaround videos of the vehicles in our inventory available for your review upon request from our product specialists. We are able to complete the buying process completely over the phone, by email or online at any of our dealerships and will have a driver bring the car to you so you don't have to step foot in the dealership.
